GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of a clinical establishment by persons carrying on a clinical establishment under the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Drugs Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall furnish Form 29 to the State Medical Council within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application in Form 29 to the State Medical Council within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a clinical establishment is undertaken, and the State Medical Council shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
