GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The hereditary management of a temple by hereditary trustees under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall furnish Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hereditary management of a temple is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
