GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The certification of construction by architect certifying a projects under the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall furnish Form F to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form F to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the certification of construction is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra.
