Hyderabad, dated the 18th May, 2016

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a stadium by operators of a stadium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall furnish Form E to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall make an application in Form E to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a stadium is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Telangana.
