GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form H to the Waqf Tribunal within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form H to the Waqf Tribunal within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
