GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form E to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form E to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka.
