Chennai, dated the 11th April, 2016

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The export of goods as a status holder by status holders under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Authorised Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall furnish Form ANF-2A to the Reserve Bank within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application in Form ANF-2A to the Reserve Bank within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods as a status holder is undertaken, and the Reserve Bank shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
