GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Audit Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall furnish Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 19 to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Public Accounts Committee shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Rajasthan.
