GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish Form C to the Sports Authority within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Authority within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Goa.
