GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a travel agent by travel agents under the Kerala Tourism (Conservation and Preservation of Areas) Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tourist Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every travel agent carrying on the business of a travel agent shall furnish Form IV to the Museum Board within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every travel agent carrying on the business of a travel agent shall make an application in Form IV to the Museum Board within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a travel agent is undertaken, and the Museum Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Kerala.
