GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The manufacture of insecticides by manufacturers of insecticides under the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Market Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall furnish Form G to the Insecticides Board within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall make an application in Form G to the Insecticides Board within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of insecticides is undertaken, and the Insecticides Board shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Maharashtra.
