GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The transport of school children by operators of a school bus under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a school bus carrying on the transport of school children shall furnish Form D to the Regulatory Authority within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a school bus carrying on the transport of school children shall make an application in Form D to the Regulatory Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the transport of school children is undertaken, and the Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Gujarat.
