GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The hosting of third party information by intermediaries under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall furnish Form H to the Controller within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every intermediary carrying on the hosting of third party information shall make an application in Form H to the Controller within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the hosting of third party information is undertaken, and the Controller shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Kerala.
