GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The organisation of sport by sports bodies under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall furnish Form B to the National Sports Board within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports body carrying on the organisation of sport shall make an application in Form B to the National Sports Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the organisation of sport is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Telangana.
