GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The collection of solid waste by contractors for solid waste collection under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for solid waste collection carrying on the collection of solid waste shall furnish Form E to the Standing Committee within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for solid waste collection carrying on the collection of solid waste shall make an application in Form E to the Standing Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the collection of solid waste is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
