GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Treasury Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Controller General of Accounts within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
