GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The keeping of a bonded warehouse by bonded warehouse keepers under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Inspector of Excise, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form B to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form B to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
