GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The publication of a periodical by publishers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Authorised Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall furnish Form I to the Board of Film Certification within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall make an application in Form I to the Board of Film Certification within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of a periodical is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
