GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 14 to the State Government within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 14 to the State Government within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
