GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The maintenance of a housing complex by facility management agencies under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Estate Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall furnish Form G to the Housing Board within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application in Form G to the Housing Board within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the maintenance of a housing complex is undertaken, and the Housing Board shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
