GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The purchase of an apartment by allottees under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the purchase of an apartment is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
