GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The entry into a defence installation by persons employed in a defence installation under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Recruiting Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person employed in a defence installation carrying on the entry into a defence installation shall furnish Form F to the Cantonment Board within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person employed in a defence installation carrying on the entry into a defence installation shall make an application in Form F to the Cantonment Board within three days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the entry into a defence installation is undertaken, and the Cantonment Board shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Karnataka.
