GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The manufacture of insecticides by manufacturers of insecticides under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Market Secretary, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall furnish Form E to the Registrar within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall make an application in Form E to the Registrar within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of insecticides is undertaken, and the Registrar shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Punjab.
