GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall furnish Form 8 to the Board of Revenue within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 8 to the Board of Revenue within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as a sharecropper is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
