GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of plots by owners of a plotted development under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Estate Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall furnish Form G to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall make an application in Form G to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of plots is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
