GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall furnish Form H to the Commissioner of Endowments within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application in Form H to the Commissioner of Endowments within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a temple is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
