New Delhi, dated the 14th July, 2013

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of relief works by contractors for relief works under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish Form C to the District Authority within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall make an application in Form C to the District Authority within three days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of relief works is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
