GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Controller of Accounts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall furnish Form GFR 40 to the Government of Rajasthan within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Government of Rajasthan within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Government of Rajasthan shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
