GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of insecticides by manufacturers of insecticides under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall furnish Form H to the Seed Certification Agency within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall make an application in Form H to the Seed Certification Agency within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of insecticides is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Karnataka.
