GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The occupation of public premises by occupants of public premises under the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Land Acquisition Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall furnish Form 1 to the District Registrar within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every occupant of public premises carrying on the occupation of public premises shall make an application in Form 1 to the District Registrar within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of public premises is undertaken, and the District Registrar shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
