GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of an advertising agency by advertising agencies under the Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1984, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall furnish Form I to the Government of Tamil Nadu within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall make an application in Form I to the Government of Tamil Nadu within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of an advertising agency is undertaken, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
