GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of licensed premises by licensees under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Health Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall furnish Form D to the Development Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall make an application in Form D to the Development Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of licensed premises is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
