GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Civil Defence Officer, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall furnish Form E to the Civil Defence Controller within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall make an application in Form E to the Civil Defence Controller within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a mass gathering is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
