GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Treasury Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall furnish Form GFR 22 to the Controller General of Accounts within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Controller General of Accounts within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which participation in procurement is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Maharashtra.
