GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of liquor for consumption on the premises by bar licensees under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall furnish Form C to the Collector within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall make an application in Form C to the Collector within ten days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
