GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form 5 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form 5 to the Land Tribunal within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Land Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Odisha.
