ORDER

Subject: The wholesale vend of liquor by wholesale vendors under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009), the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is pleased to order that

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Inspector, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall furnish Form F to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every wholesale vendor carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor shall make an application in Form F to the Deputy Commissioner of Excise within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the wholesale vend of liquor is undertaken, and the Deputy Commissioner of Excise shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
