GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of an institution by institutions under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Education, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall furnish Form E to the School Tribunal within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall make an application in Form E to the School Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution is undertaken, and the School Tribunal shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Gujarat.
