Lucknow, dated the 14th September, 2011

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of court auctions by court auctioneers under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintendent of the Copying Department, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall furnish Form C to the Bar Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every court auctioneer carrying on the conduct of court auctions shall make an application in Form C to the Bar Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of court auctions is undertaken, and the Bar Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
