GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The employment of women by employers of women under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Development Project Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer of women carrying on the employment of women shall furnish Form VII to the Commission within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every employer of women carrying on the employment of women shall make an application in Form VII to the Commission within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of women is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
