GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of plots by owners of a plotted development under the Karnataka Rent Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Registrar, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall furnish Form H to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a plotted development carrying on the development of plots shall make an application in Form H to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of plots is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Karnataka.
