GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The slaughter of animals by keepers of a slaughter house under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a slaughter house carrying on the slaughter of animals shall furnish Form F to the Town Planning Authority within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a slaughter house carrying on the slaughter of animals shall make an application in Form F to the Town Planning Authority within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the slaughter of animals is undertaken, and the Town Planning Authority shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
