GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Service as a civil defence volunteer by civil defence volunteers under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Collector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall furnish Form C to the Relief Commissioner within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application in Form C to the Relief Commissioner within one day, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service as a civil defence volunteer is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
