GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The bottling of water by bottlers of water under the Bengal Irrigation Act, 1876, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Engineer, the Government of West Bengal, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bottler of water carrying on the bottling of water shall furnish Form F to the Board within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bottler of water carrying on the bottling of water shall make an application in Form F to the Board within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the bottling of water is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of West Bengal.
