GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Service as a civil defence volunteer by civil defence volunteers under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall furnish Form H to the State Executive Committee within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application in Form H to the State Executive Committee within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which service as a civil defence volunteer is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
