GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The raising of plants in a nursery by nursery growers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall furnish Form H to the Insecticides Board within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every nursery grower carrying on the raising of plants in a nursery shall make an application in Form H to the Insecticides Board within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the raising of plants in a nursery is undertaken, and the Insecticides Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Punjab.
