GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sale of excisable articles by licensees under the Goa Excise Duty Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee carrying on the sale of excisable articles shall furnish Form B to the Licensing Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the sale of excisable articles shall make an application in Form B to the Licensing Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of excisable articles is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Goa.
