GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The export of goods as a trading house by trading houses under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Foreign Trade Development Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall furnish Form FC-4 to the Director General within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall make an application in Form FC-4 to the Director General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods as a trading house is undertaken, and the Director General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
