GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of liquor for consumption on the premises by bar licensees under the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall furnish Form F to the Excise Appellate Authority within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall make an application in Form F to the Excise Appellate Authority within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
