GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a co-operative housing society by co-operative housing societies under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall furnish Form D to the Rent Controller within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative housing society carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society shall make an application in Form D to the Rent Controller within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a co-operative housing society is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
